It's been a long time since I've blogged here...but I'm back! It's time to get back on track and become consistent with my training. I've basically been walking/running, which is not my goal. So here is consistency and accountability.
Walking/running may not be your goal, but at least it's something. When I disappear, best believe I'm not doing either. Instead, I'm laid up on the couch.
