Feeling Good

I have to be in the office early this morning but I was not going to leave without getting my workout on. It's going to be a long day and I know I would not be able to do it this evening.

Today is Day 2 of Body For Life for me...I just completed 20 minutes on the Cardio Glider. What a great workout! I'm feeling so good. I thought I would be sore after my run on yesterday but I fine.

I registered last night for a 5k on February 2, 2008.

I know that it's a little soon but I'm up for the challenge and I will run/walk my way to the finish line if I need too.
