I've basically spent today relaxing and lounging around the house. I go back to work tomorrow after being off almost two -weeks. I'm so not looking forward to it! However, I'm blessed that I have gainful employment. There are so many that are unemployed.
I may do a little weight training this evening if I can break away from the t.v. they have a Monk Marathon on the USA cable channel. I just love watching Monk and Law and Order!
My eating has been okay...I seem to be a little dehydrated so I've been drinking alot of Gatorade today...I just love the Gatorade A.M. Tropical-Mango flavor.
